Before you request service

When is my appointment confirmed?

Choose an available time and select Confirm appointment on the final review screen. Your appointment is booked only when the confirmation and reference appear. Selecting a time alone does not reserve it.

What does the arrival window mean?

All appointment times are Eastern time. For an on-site visit, a JCM team member may arrive at any point within the selected window. This is an arrival window, not a promise that all work will be completed within it.

Am I requesting a repair visit or a project estimate?

Choose Repair or Safety Concern for a problem that needs troubleshooting or repair. Choose Installation or Upgrade for planned work. A photo-and-video estimate request is sent for review and does not reserve a live appointment. Submitting a request does not establish a final project price or completion date.

What if I need to change or cancel?

Call (407) 457-4745 and mention your confirmation reference. If you are unsure whether a request went through, call before submitting another one.
